Rocco A. Corsetti

Rocco A. Corsetti, 77, of Providence, passed away Monday, December 24, 2012 at home. He was the beloved husband of Dolores M. (Travers) Corsetti. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Angelo and Sofia (Amadio) Corsetti.
Rocco had worked as a truck driver for Rourke-Eno Paper before retiring and was a member of Teamsters Local 251. Previously he had worked as a machine technician for Nyman Manufacturing.
Besides his wife of 54 years he leaves his devoted children, Anthony Corsetti and Marie Marshall and her husband David; a brother, Mario Corsetti and his two cherished grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Marshall and Bryan David Marshall. He was the brother of the late Luigi Corsetti.
His funeral will be held Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 9 am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Holy Cross Church, 645 Hartford Ave., Providence. VISITATION Friday 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Donations in Rocco’s memory may be made to Holy Cross Church Memorial Fund, 18 King Philip St., Providence, RI 02909 or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O box 1000, Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38148.
