Robert A. Varone, 56, of Cranston, passed away Monday, March 22, 2010 at home. He was the beloved husband of Barbara A. (Martin) Varone. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Furrie “Frazz” Varone and Rose (DiOrio) Varone.
Besides his wife of 31 years, he leaves three sons, Robert J. Varone, Brandon Varone and Joseph Varone; a brother, David Varone; a sister, Maryann Cappello and two K-9 companions, Sasha and Tyson.
Visitation Thursday morning, March 25, 2010, from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St. North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St Bartholomew Church, 305 Laurel Hill Ave., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
