Raymond J. Ceraldi, 75, of Johnston passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Joseph and Virginia (Torromeo) Ceraldi.
Raymond was a salesman for various Jewelry Companies before his retirement. He loved to play Hi Lo Jack and Gin with his friends at the Prata Club and St. Mary's. Whenever we couldn't "find' him, Ava would say "he's probably at the club". On summer nights, he enjoyed listening to music at The Piazza di Pasquale on Federal Hill. Ray loved the Patriots and Bruins but especially his PC Friars. He also belonged to St. Rocco Church in Johnston.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Lisa Arsenault and Nicole Colannino and a devoted brother, J. Kenneth Ceraldi. He is also survived by his cherished granddaughter, Ava Rose Colannino and a former wife, Eleanor (DelVicario) Pelletier.
Visiting hours will be held Friday (Morning) January 22, 2016 from 10am to 12noon followed by a service at 12noon at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith Street, North Providence. Burial will follow at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
