Ralph J. DiOrio, 81, of North Providence, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2008, at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. He was the husband of Josephine (Ricci) DiOrio. Born in Johnston, he was the son of the late Joseph and Laura (Pilozzi) DiOrio.
Mr. DiOrio had worked for the North Providence School Department, Revere Textiles and Cranston Print Works.
Besides his beloved wife of 61 years, he leaves a daughter, Anne Baynes and her husband Andrew, and a grandson, Bryan Baynes.
Visitation will be held Saturday morning from 8:15 to 9:15 AM in the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
