Patricia A. Besson (Paparelli), 66, of Johnston, passed away, Friday, May 14, 2010 at Miriam Hospital. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Emily (Piro) Paparelli.
Patricia had worked as a registered nurse at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital before retiring.
She is survived by her cherished children, John A. Rossi, Jr. and Cheri L. Scungio and her husband Daniel; a stepdaughter, Cheryl, a brother, Richard Paparelli, a sister Barbara Eraklis; and her four treasured grandchildren, Stefanie, Nicholas, Lexionna and Daniel, Jr. She was the sister of the late Carol Regine.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the Maceroni Funeral Home 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston. Visitation Monday 5-8 p.m. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Please omit flowers.
