Pasquale Colavita, 88, of Providence, passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the beloved husband of Giovaninna (DiClemente) Colavita. Born in Campo Basso, Italy, he was the son of the late Francesco and Angela (Giosue) Colavita.
Pasquale was employed by Atlantic Tubing in Cranston.
Besides his wife of 65 years, he is survived by a son, Aniello Colavita; two daughters, Angela DeCiantis and Rita Colavita-Hemond; a brother, Antonio Colavita; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m., from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, Knight St., Providence. Visitation Friday 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
