Palmina "Polly" DeBiasio

March 25, 1923 — February 8, 2015

Palmina M. “Polly” (Gasbarro) DeBiasio, 91, of Cranston, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving and devoted family on Sunday, February 8, 2015.
She was the beloved wife of Joseph DeBiasio Jr. They were happily married for 68 years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Nicola and Giuseppina (Anella) Gasbarro.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children, Ronald DeBiasio and his wife Barbara, Linda DeBiasio and Bud Tucker, Joseph DeBiasio III and his wife JoAnn, and Jeanne DeBiasio. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Susan (Dan) Landry, Mark (Naomi) DeBiasio, Daniel (Stephanie) DeBiasio, Jessica (Lee) Walshe and Joseph (Bonnie) DeBiasio IV; and 11 dear great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late, Philip, John, Albert and Mario Gasbarro, Sr.
Her funeral will be held Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 8am from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith Street, North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9am at Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Road, Johnston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, February 13th from 4pm-7pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to: Alzheimer’s Association, 245 Waterman St., Suite#306, Providence, RI 02906.
