Norma C. Tudino

December 19, 1928 — February 29, 2012

Norma C. Tudino (Martin), 83, of North Providence, passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. She was the wife of Ret. Det. Sgt. Anthony Tudino, NPPD, for 65 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Royal and Doris (Lamont) Martin.

Norma had worked for Adams Drug Store. She adored children and loved to babysit. She was the beloved mother of Noreen Berthiaume and her late husband, Ray, Norma Jean Murray and her husband, Terrance and Anthony Tudino and his wife, Denise; grandmother to Michelle Capuano, Emilie Desrochers, Tara Florio and Matthew Collins and great-grandmother to Isabelle Desrochers, Jaden Capuano and Kylie-Rae Capuano.

Her funeral will be held Monday, March 5, 2012 at 9 a.m., from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, Fourth St., North Providence. Visitation Sunday 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.

Norma was a kind soul with a special fondness for children. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105 would be greatly appreciated.
