Nani A. Kumalae, 48, of Cranston, passed away Friday, February 29, 2008 at Cedar Crest Nursing Centre. Born in Dade County, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Kali and Taneo (Sands) Kumalae. Nani was Vice President of the Norwood Ave. PTO and served on the CEAB Board. She was a loving mother and sister and it gave her great joy to see her daughter dance.
She leaves her daughter, Kai M. Kumalae; three sisters, Momi A. Kumalae, France Blanco Bardia and Donna M. Mollo.; two nephews, Christopher Sowinski and Anthony Meli; a niece, Cher Meli and two great nephews, Declan and Quinlan.
A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 8 at 11am in the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence.
