Mary R. Mercurio (Mollicone), 82, of Johnston, passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late William P. Mercurio. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Maria Mollicone.
Mary had worked for A&H Manufacturing of Johnston.
She leaves a son, Steven Mercurio; two daughters, Deborah Insana and Eileen Fuoco; a brother, George Mollicone; a sister, Emily Ventura and five grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Silvio and John Mollicone, Gilda Gaudette and Margaret Foster.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m., from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Rocco Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston. Visitation Friday 5-8 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
