Mary Forloney

Mary (Maurano) Forloney, 92, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2016. She was the wife of the late Donald Forloney. Born in Scituate, RI, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Civita (Marandola) Maurano.

A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother she is survived by her daughter, Donna Lee Forloney; a son Gary Forloney and his wife Barbara, a sister, Evelyn Pezza; four grandchildren, Kristin Narcisi and her husband Joseph, Cara Carlone and her husband Richard, Anthony Forloney and Gary Forloney Jr; and four great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Louis, Emilio, Arthur and Guido Maurano, Florence Ciaramello and Lena Maurano.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, October 17, 2016 at 9 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Augustine Church 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation Sunday 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
