Mary Blakely (DeMasi), 94, of Providence, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Cherry Hill Manor in Johnston. She was the beloved wife of the late David C. Blakely. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Vincenza (Dantilo) DeMasi.
Mary is survived by a brother, Vincent DeMasi; a sister, Viola DiMeglio and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was the sister of the late Antonio, Peter and Pasquale DeMasi II, Carmella Altobello and Anna Baptista and the companion of the late Leonard Santucci.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday at 9am in St. Pius Church, Eaton St., Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Entombment will be in Our Risen Christ Mausoleum, St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Please omit flowers.
