Marion Barbara Monroe

MARION BARBARA MONROE, 80, of North Providence, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Golden Crest Nursing Centre. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Edwin M. and Anna (Roberto) Monroe.
Marion worked for New England Telephone for many years before retiring. A woman of great faith, her generosity and kindness will be sadly missed by all.
She is survived by her beloved sister, Dorothy Monroe.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Monday, April 7, 2014 at 10 a.m. at St. Pius V Church, Eaton St., Providence. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation Respectfully Omitted. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association – RI Chapter, 245 Waterman St., Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906. maceroni.com
