Marie DiNunzio

Marie DiNunzio (Palumbo,) 92, passed away peacefully, Saturday, February 15, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph DiNunzio and loving mother of the late Thomas J.J. DiNunzio.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Olimpia (DiCecco) Palumbo.

Mrs. DiNunzio was employed at Citizens Bank as an administrative assistant and in the foreign currency department before retirement.

She is survived by her loving sisters, Catherine Maselli, Angela Lisa and Evelyn C. LaVena. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Thomas D. Palumbo and
Rose J. Sorafine.

Visiting hours will be held Friday morning, February 21, 2014 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am in the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Marie may be made to St. Augustine School Fund, 635 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence, RI 02908.
