Marie DelVicario, 70, of Johnston, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at Roger Williams Medical Center in Providence. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Nicola and Edith (Izzo) DelVicario.
Marie was a former resident of Ashbury Manor in North Providence and had attended Generation Adult Day Service.
She leaves a brother, Robert DelVicario and his wife Barbara; a sister, Eleanor Pelletier and her husband Edward; three nieces, Marisa Cotrone, Lisa Arsenault and Nicole Colannino and a great-niece, Ava Rose Colannino.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 9am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Augustine Church, Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence. VISITATION Thursday 4-7pm. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers donations in her name may be made to Hasbro Children’s Hospital, c/o RI Hospital Foundation, Box H, Providence, RI 02901.
