DiSANO, Maria DiSano (Fargnoli), 92, of Providence, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2007, at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of the late Ernesto DiSano. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Carmine and Domenica (Tudino) Fargnoli..
Maria had worked as an Assembler for the Speidel Corporation. She was a member of the San Biagio Woman’s Auxiliary.
She leaves a son, Carmine DiSano; a daughter, Maria Grazia DePippo; three grandchildren,Dr.Paul DePippo, Henry DePippo and Dr. Patrick DePippo and twelve great grandchildren. She was the grandmother of the late Robert DePippo, the sister of the late Michael and Giovannina Fargnoli and the mother-in-law of the late Dr. Vittorio DePippo.
The funeral will be held Monday at 8am from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9am in Holy Ghost Church, Knight St., Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the American Heart Association, 222 Richmond St., Providence, RI 02903.
