Marguerite F. Vierling

MARGUERITE F. VIERLING, 93, of Ferncrest Blvd., passed away Sunday, March 19, 2006, at Cortland Place in Greenville. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Charles Francis and Rose (McCaffrey) Vierling. She had lived in North Providence since 1950.
Marguerite was an Executive Secretary for the Providence School Department for 30 years, retiring in 1972. She was a communicant of St. Augustine Church.
She is survived by two nephews, Charles F. and Paul J. Vierling, and three nieces, Gretchen Vierling-Cutlip, Sister Virginia R. Vierling, SSD, and Barbara Vierling. She was the sister of the late Anthony J. Vierling.
Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral service Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at 9 a.m. in the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Augustine Church, Mt. Pleasant Ave., Providence. Burial will be in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Assoc. RI Chapter, 245 Waterman St. Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906.
