Margaret Pellegrino

Margaret Pellegrino (Thooft), 85, of North Providence, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011 at home. She was the beloved wife of the late Alexander D. Pellegrino and the mother of the late Sharon Cantagallo. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Pierre and Hortense (Couchie) Thooft.
Margaret had worked at Specialty Cleansers in Providence. She leaves two daughters, Judy Fandetti and Claudia Robitaille; a sister, Mary Dorney; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Roger Thooft.
Visitation Thursday morning, June 30, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Service at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St Jude Children’s Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38148.
