Juanita "Jennie" Marini-DiPietro

Juanita “Jennie” Marini-DiPietro (DaRocha), 81, of Providence, passed away Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Kent Hospital. She was the wife of the late Armando D. Marini, Sr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Delfina (Souza) DaRocha.
Juanita had worked at Flair Industries, LLC for 24 years, retiring in 2005. She was a volunteer for the Mary House Ministry at St. Patrick Church, Providence.
A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she leaves three sons, Armando, Joseph and Mark Marini; a daughter, Beverly Taylor; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Victor, Albert and Mary DaRocha, Anna Rosa, Pauline Menna and Delfina Spayer.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 9 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 179 Academy Ave., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation Thursday 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Mary House Ministry c/o St. Patrick Church, 152 Holden St., Providence, RI 02908.
