Joseph Ciancio, 94, of Cranston, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Briarcliffe Manor. He was the beloved husband of Maria (DiFalco) Ciancio. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Davide and Teresa (Bianchi) Ciancio.
Joseph had worked for his family business, Anthony Plumbing & Heating.
Besides his wife of 60 years, he is survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great-nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Anthony Ciancio, Anna Montaquila and Lucy R. Pistolese.
Visitation Friday morning, April 27, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a Service at 11 a.m. in the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Please omit flowers.
