John S. Palazzo

JOHN S. PALAZZO, 65, of North Providence, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Marie C. (Marcone) Palazzo for 40 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late John and Olga (Amatelli) Palazzo.

John worked as a mechanical engineer for Mora Electric and had served in the Army National Guard. He was a member of the Rosario Society, the Tuscan Social Club and the Imperial Club.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his son, John F. Palazzo and his wife, Anna; a grandson, John Santino Palazzo; two nieces and two nephews. He was the brother of the late Michael D. Palazzo.

His Funeral will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at 9 a.m. from MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
