Jennie W. Luszcz

JENNIE W. LUSZCZ, 88, of North Bay Manor in Smithfield, passed away Monday, January 5, 2015 at the Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. She was the wife of the late Stanley J. Luszcz. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Nellie (Kucza) Mazur.

Mrs. Luszcz worked for Universal Optical before retiring.

She is survived by two children, John Luszcz and his wife Debbie and Karen Luszcz-Familglietti and her husband Ernie; a brother, John Mazur; six grandchildren and a great grandson. She was the sister of the late Joseph Mazur, Walter Mazur, Casimir Mazur, Sophie Cerroni and Mary Mazur.

Visitation will be held THURSDAY MORNING, January 8, 2015 from 9:15 – 10:15 a.m. at the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Augustine Church, 639 Mount Pleasant Ave., Providence. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Luszcz’s memory may be made to Windwalker Humane Coalition, 190 Mill Cove Rd., Warwick, RI 02889.
