Jennie A. Benedicti (Finelli), 86, of Cranston, passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at Cedar Crest Nursing Centre. She was the beloved wife of the late Louis J. Benedicti. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Rosario and Teresa (Pisce) Finelli.
Jennie worked at Uniroyal for 30 years before retiring.
She is survived by her cherished daughter, Susan Sant and her treasured granddaughter, Teresa Sant. She was the sister of the late Anthony and Rocco Finelli.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8 a.m., from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in Holy Cross Church, 645 Hartford Ave., Providence. VISITATION Friday 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Holy Cross Church Memorial Fund, 18 King Philip St., Providence, RI 02909.
