Irene H. Thomas

IRENE H. (BAZINET) THOMAS, 89, of Johnston, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. She was the wife of the late Peter J. Thomas. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Zoel and Helen (Lupien) Bazinet.

A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is survived by her two children, Kenneth Puglisi and Linda Folco; three grandchildren, Thomas Folco, Jr., Anthony Folco and Tria Kobs; five great grandchildren; her sister, Isabelle Manson and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Lillian Paquin, Rita Dubey, Blanche Bergeron and Loretta Roberts.

Her funeral will be held Monday at 9 am, from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., Providence.
