HENRY W. BUCKLEY (BUCK), 90, of Providence, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Elmhurst Extended Care. He was the husband of the late Anita (DiJoseph) Buckley. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Henry I. and Anne (Rawson) Buckley.
Mr. Buckley worked as an Aircraft Mechanic at Quonset Point before retiring. He was an Airforce and Marine Veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his daughter, Jeanne M. Charon and her husband, David; a sister, Cynthia Viana; two grandchildren, Jennifer Carlone and her husband, Tim; and Christina Laudenslager and her husband, Kyle; and 2 great grandchildren, Jackson and Lucia. He was the brother of the late Catherine Gingras.
Visitation will be held SATURDAY MORNING, February 14, 2015 from 9 – 10 a.m. at the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Peter Church, 350 Fair St., Warwick. Interment with Military Honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
