Harold Imondi, 84, of Providence, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012. He was the devoted husband of the late Rita C. Imondi. Born in Providence, he was the dedicated son of the late John and Theresa (Capaldi) Imondi.
Harold worked as a machinist for the F. Ronci Company for over 50 years before retiring. He had an incredible work ethic and an overwhelming love for his family, friends, and Catholic faith. He will be remembered for his generosity and witty sense of humor. Harold’s grandchildren were the light of his life.
He leaves his beloved children, Lynn Tramonti and Dr. David M. Imondi; his son-in-law, Richard Tramonti; and four cherished grandchildren, Jenna and Krista Tramonti, Grace and Dominic Imondi. Harold was predeceased by his dearly loved daughter-in-law, Dr. Suzanne Hebert-Imondi, and his brothers, Henry Imondi and John Imondi, Jr.
His funeral will be held Thursday, November 15, 2012 at 9 am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Blessed Sacrament Church, Academy Ave., Providence. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. VISITATION Wednesday 4-7 pm.
