Grace M. Perrotti

Maria Grazia “Grace” Perrotti (Bucci), 91, of Providence, passed away Monday, July 23, 2007 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Armand Perrotti. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Geremia and Lucia (Lisi) Bucci. She had worked as a saleslady at the former Outlet Department Store in Providence for 22 years, retiring in 1980. She had previously worked for the former American Jewelry Chain Company. She graduated from Central High School in 1934 and was a parishioner of St. Pius Church.

Grace was an accomplished dancer in ballet and tap and performed in many local theaters. She loved swimming, theater, country music, movies and playing cards. She also loved bowling and visiting the local casinos.

She leaves two daughters, Lucia Anne Kise of DeKalb, Ill. and Karen E. Vollucci and her husband Matthew Vollucci of North Kingstown; a brother, Liberato Bucci; six grandchildren, Amy Cassiday, Lisa Collins, Kenneth Kise, Michael and Kendall Vollucci and Lucia Cordone and eight great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Anthony, Ralph and Michael Bucci, Anna M. Conti and Madeline Zahorjan.

Her funeral will be held Friday at 9am from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Pius Church, Eaton St. Providence. VISITATION Thursday 5-8pm. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
