George L. Brown

GEORGE L. BROWN, 69, of Cranston, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2014 at home. He was the husband of Annette S. (DiFruscio) Brown for 48 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late George E. and Olivine M. “Olive” (Harrington) Brown.

George worked as an auto body technician for Sousa’s Auto Body and previously owned and operated Lion Auto, Inc.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three children, Annette Marie Brown, Gina Marie Schino and her husband, Paul and George J. Brown and his wife, Ashley and two grandsons, Ryan and Jason Schino.

His funeral will be held Tuesday, February 11th at 8:45 a.m. from the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will be Private.
