Frederick T. Mallozzi, 83, of Dexter St., Johnston, a retired self-employed painter for over 50 years, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. He was the husband of the late Genevieve (Mancini) Mallozzi. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Luigi and Maria (DellaGrotta) Mallozzi. An amateur artist, Freddie loved to dabble in scenic painting.
Mr. Mallozzi is survived by his loving daughter, Jeanne L. Mallozzi; a son, Louis F. Mallozzi; two grandchildren, Christopher and Nicole; a great-granddaughter; brothers, Joseph, Americo, Anthony and Louis Mallozzi as well as a number of nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Raymond Mallozzi.
A Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 11, 2008 at 10:00am in the Chapel at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
