Florence McAllister (Ferri), 80, of Johnston, passed away Friday, June 4, 2010 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late John McAllister. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Ferri and Elizabeth Der.
Florence worked for the State of Rhode Island until retiring. She leaves a brother, Everette Ferri; two nieces, Selma Fleming and Doris Cribari; a nephew, Arthur Ferri; two great nephews and a great niece.
Visitation at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, Tuesday morning 9 to 10 a.m. followed by a Service at 10 a.m. Burial will be private.
