Evelyn A. Ferruolo

Eveln A. Ferruolo ( D’Attoro), 86, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, December 31, 2011. She was the beloved wife of Edward Ferruolo for 64 years. Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Amelia (Giglio) D’Attoro.
Evelyn was an avid ballroom dancer and along with her husband taught ballroom dancing for over 50 years. She was a member of Kirkbrae Country Club.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Robin Andreozzi, Valerie Sollecito and Edward Ferruolo, Jr.; grandchildren, Thomas and Genna Sollecito and sister, Sylvia Robbio of Sun City, Florida. She was the sister of the late John and Anthony D’Attoro, Josephine Coletta, Ida Zarella, Dorothy Martinelli and Esther Scorpio.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday January 3, 2012. in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, North Providence. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904.
