Eva I. Ciszek

Eva I. Ciszek (Pezza), 96, of Providence and Wickford, passed away Monday, July 11, 2011 at Scalabrini Villa. She was the wife of the late Stanley S. Ciszek. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Antonetta (DeQuattro) Pezza.
Eva was co-owner and operator of the former Boxwood Restaurant, North Kingstown, worked in the culinary department of Ladd School and worked in the wiring department for General Electric before retiring.
She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie George and Her Husband Robert of North Kingstown; 2 grandchildren, Michael Kilduff and Alicia Kilduff, both of North Kingstown; 4 great grandchildren, Jackson, Ava, Michael and Madison; and two brothers, Henry and Thomas Pezza. She was the sister of the late Alfred Pezza and Esther Iovinelli.
Visitation will be held Friday Morning from 8:15 – 9:15 a.m. in the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Pius V Church, Eaton St., Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 2348 Post Road, Suite 104, Warwick, RI 02886.
