Estella Hartmann

Estella M.“Stella” Hartmann (Arlan), 58, of Cranston, passed away Monday, September 15, 2008 at home. She was the former wife of Richard E. Hartmann, Sr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Gladys (Miller) Arlan.

Stella was a loving mother and a devoted grandmother and great grandmother. Besides her former husband, she leaves two sons, Richard E. Hartmann, Jr. and James R. Hartmann; five daughters, Denise M. Goodinson, Barbara A. Ciarlo, Richelle L. Cosmo, Carolyn R. Hartmann and Shirley A. Hartmann; two brothers, Albert Arlan and Charles Arlan; two sisters, Shirley Arlan and Mary Nardolillo; 23 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Regina E. Hartmann and the sister of the late James, Robert and William Arlan and Virginia Bernier.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM, Thursday, September 18, 2008, in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 64 Brayton Ave., Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
