Emilio A. Carcone, 93, passed away peacefully Monday, June 16, 2014. He was the beloved husband of the late Elsie (Muschiano) Carcone. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Pasquale and Angela (Mazzucco) Carcone.
Mr. Carcone was a sign letterer for the City of Providence for 28 years before his retirement in 1978. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his loving children, Patricia Farhat, Richard M. and Gary Carcone; sisters, Mary Pitre and Olga Stickel. He is also survived by his cherished grandson, Gianni Farhat. He was the brother of the late Eugene, Henry, Mario and Silvio Carcone.
Visiting hours will be held Thursday morning, June 19th from 9am to 10am in the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11am in St. George Maronite Church (formerly St. Ann Church) 1493 Cranston St., Cranston.
