Elizabeth D. Mangiantini, 98, of Williamsburg, VA, formerly of Providence, passed away Monday, February 21, 2011. She was the wife of the late Natale S. Mangiantini and the late Pasquale G. Cifelli. Born in Lucca, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Carlo and Fines (Michelotti) Mangiantini.
Elizabeth was employed by various jewelry companies in Providence and later by the Industrial National Bank. She will be remembered by us all as someone who made us laugh.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Cifelli and her son-in-law, David R. Herring of Williamsburg and her niece, Gloria Iadevaia and family in Warwick. She was the sister of the late Anita Colando.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 9 a.m. from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christan Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Brayton Ave., Providence. Visitation Tuesday 4-7 p.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
