Elfriede M. Calcagni

ELFRIEDE M. CALCAGNI (SCHAAFF), 83, of Warwick, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Brentwood Nursing Home. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry L. Calcagni. Born in Heidelberg, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Otto and Sophie (Braun) Schaaff.

Elfriede worked in the Jewelry Industry for many years before retiring and previously in Germany was part of a prominent and successful family business "Seil Schaaff".

She leaves her son, Richard Calcagni and his wife, Colleen and three grandchildren, Anthony, Allegra and Andreia Calcagni. She was the mother of the late Patricia Calcagni and the sister of the late Anneliese Breithaupt.

A Service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at the Maceroni Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence. Visitation will be held from 8 a.m. until the start of the Service. Interment will follow in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
