Eleuteria "Loretta" L'Europa

Eleuteria “Loretta” L'Europa (DiPucchio) , 88, of North Providence, passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 at Briarcliffe Manor. She was the wife of the late Loreto L’Europa. Born in Sora, Provence of Frosinone, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Maria Grazi (Gulia) DiPucchio

Loretta had worked as a polisher for Imperial Knife before retiring. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed making quilts for them.
She leaves two sons, Joseph L’Europa and his wife, Milena and Vincent L’Europa and his wife, Barbara; a daughter, Luciana Edda Camastro and her husband Pasquale; three brothers, Salvatore, Claudio and Rocco DiPucchio; three sisters, Rita DiPassio, Antonietta Sarra and Loreta Galante, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Maria L’Europa and sister of the late Vincenzo DiPucchio.

Her funeral will be held Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at 9am, from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Holy Ghost Church, Knight St., Providence. VISITATION Monday 5-8pm. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Alzheimer’s Association of RI, 245 Waterman St., Providence RI 02906.
