Edward Scampoli, 54, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2014.
He was the beloved husband of Nancy (D’Ambra) Scampoli. They were happily married for 17 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Michael and Lillian (Golato) Scampoli.
Mr. Scampoli was the owner and operator of E. Scampoli Landscaping.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving son, Edward Scampoli Jr; his brother, Michael Scampoli and wife Ann Marie and his sister Cathy Scampoli.
Visiting hours will be held Wednesday morning, January 15, 2014 from 8am to 9am in the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., Providence. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Thomas School, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., Providence, RI 02909.
