Edward Andreozzi

August 28, 1925 — April 13, 2013

EDWARD ANDREOZZI, 87, of North Providence, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Edith (Altieri) Andreozzi. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late John and Angelina (Lepore) Andreozzi and the father of the late Edward Andreozzi, Jr.

Edward was a driver/salesman for Hoods Dairy and Sunbeam Bread. His greatest joy in life was spending quality time with his family especially his cherished grandchildren and treasured great grandchildren. An avid golfer, he was a member of Louisquisset Golf Club and a member of the Sal Mancini Senior Center. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II.

Besides his wife of 65 years, he leaves two daughters, Elaine Rosciti and her husband, Anthony and Eileen Caccia and her husband, Paul; his daughter-in-law, Carolyn Andreozzi; seven grandchildren, Michael Andreozzi, Mark Carrera, Cheryl Teczar, Edward and David Andreozzi, Olivia and Sadie Caccia and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Wednesday Morning, April 17, 2013 from 8:15 – 9:15 a.m. in the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., North Providence. Interment with Military Honors will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., North Providence, RI 02911.
