Domenic Barricelli

Domenic Barricelli, 80, of North Providence, passed away Friday, September 23, 2011 at home. He was the beloved husband of the late Mary A. (Camparone) Barricelli. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Domenico and Celeste (Iannuzzi) Barricelli.

Domenic was a bricklayer and stone mason for the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Union, Local 1 of Rhode Island. He was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church.

He is survived by two sons, David D. Barricelli, Sr. and his wife, Janice and Arthur E. Barricelli and his wife, Susan; two brothers, Vincent Barricelli and Nicholas Barricelli; two sisters, Jeannette Curci and Rose Norton; a grandson, David D. Barricelli, Jr. and his wife, Wendi Barricelli and two great grandchildren, Isabella Barricelli and Alessandro Barricelli. He was the brother of the late Norman and Alfred Barricelli, Grace Petrone, Etta Abbott and Yolanda Barricelli.

His funeral will be held Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at 9 a.m., from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 179 Academy Ave., Providence. Visitation Monday, 4-8 p.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
