David D. Traficante, 52, of West Warwick, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013 unexpectedly at home. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Daniel and Ann (Gammino) Traficante.
David was the head of security at Ultra 88 Nightclub and beverage manager at the New York Yachting Club. He was an avid baseball fan and played men’s league softball for many years.
He is survived by his sister, Carol Dewar of Northboro, MA; a step-mother, Arlene Traficante; two step-sisters, Laurie Cairone and Sandra Mosca and her husband Gary; two brothers-in-law, Bruce Dewar and Louis Cairone ; three beloved nieces, Angela and Jennifer Dewar and Marissa Cairone and two uncles and several cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 10 am in St. Pius V Church, Eaton Street, Providence. Calling hours respectfully omitted.
