David Alan Hedgepeth, 47, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the Medical Center of Plano, Texas, surrounded by his loving family. Born in New Orleans, LA, he was the devoted son of T. Harvey and Claire (Anella) Hedgepeth.

David was Supervisor of Dispatch Operations for Bombardier Flex Jet in which he took great pride and joy and considered his co-workers his extended family. He was a member of the Sons of Italy Loggia Luce Moderna.

David’s greatest joy above all else was his family, especially his mother and his animals. Besides his parents he leaves his brother, Sonny Hedgepeth; two sisters, Lynda L. Caliri and her husband, Joseph Caliri, Jr. and Nancy Hedgepeth; four nieces, Erin, Lauren and Ashley Caliri and Emily Hedgepeth; and his nephew, Trey Hedgepeth.

His funeral will be held Monday at 8:30 a.m., from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Loreto Church, 346 Waterman Ave., East Providence. VISITATION Sunday 4-8 p.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Our Lady of Loreto Church Memorial Fund, 346 Waterman Ave., East Providence, RI 02914.
