Daniel "Danny" Ramaglia

Daniel J. Ramaglia “Danny”, 74, of Johnston, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Suzanne (Valcourt) Ramaglia. They were happily married for 37 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Thomas and Elizabeth (Studley) Ramaglia. Mr. Ramaglia was employed at A.T. Wall for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the Teramano Social Club and enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, James Ramaglia and his wife Linda, Daniel Ramaglia Jr. and his wife Denise, Steven Ramaglia, Ricky Valcourt and his wife Carmela and Racheal Tartaglia and her fiancé Antonio Morales. He is also survived by a brother, James Ramaglia; 9 cherished grandsons and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Phyllis Imondi, his twin Thomas and Peter Ramaglia.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 9:30am from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith Street, North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am at Holy Cross Church, 645 Hartford Avenue, Providence. Burial will follow at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Monday, April 11th from 4pm to 7pm. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
