Concetta,“Connie” Marchetti, 80, of Providence, passed away peacefully Friday July 4, 2008 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Maria (Conti) Marchetti.
Connie was a credit analyst and supervisor for the Jewelers Board of Trade for 32 years retiring in 1992. She enjoyed life to the fullest and especially loved spending time with her family.
She leaves four sons, Stephen Pannone, Kenneth Pelagalli, Jeffrey Pelagalli and Larry Pelagalli and his wife Judy; a daughter, Cheryl Pelagalli; a brother, Anthony Marchetti, 11 grandchildren, a great-grandson and a great-granddaughter on the way. She was the sister of the late Vincent, John and Ernest Marchetti, Elvira DiNapoli, Janet St. Angelo and Rita Ferri.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 10am in Holy Cross Church, Hartford Ave., Providence. Calling hours respectfully omitted, burial will be private.
