Rossi, Colleen (Scorpio) 78, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at the Morgan Health Center, Johnston.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Luigi Jr., and Agnes (Pellegrino) Scorpio.
Colleen was an avid Red Sox fan and loved playing bingo. She loved her cat Annabelle and her favorite late dogs, Jasmine and Sandy.
She is survived by her loving children, Stephen Rossi, Ret. NPFD, from North Providence, Robert Rossi of Providence and his late wife Yong, Lori-Ann Ables and Linda Rossi both of North Providence; a brother, Louie Scorpio III of Cranston. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Robbie, Arthur, Jessica, Leon, Justin and Ryan Rossi.
Her funeral will be held Friday at 9am from the MACERONI Funeral Home, 1381 Smith Street, North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Mary Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth St., North Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours will be held Thursday from 4-8pm.
