Christine Ruth Mandarelli

Christine R. Mandarelli (Duffy), 92, of Providence, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, October 26, 2015. She was the beloved wife of Rinaldo “Raymond” Mandarelli. They were happily married for 73 years.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late, Charles and Ruth (Noble) Duffy.

Mrs. Mandarelli was in charge of housekeeping at the YMCA, Providence for many years before her retirement.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children, Jean C. Hall and her husband Roger, Cheryl A. Navaretta, Robert Mandarelli and Donna DiMaria and her husband Robert. She is also survived by her cherished, 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. She was the loving mother of the late Raymond Mandarelli, Jr., and predeceased by several siblings.

Her funeral will be held Friday, October 30, 2015 at 8:45am from the MACERONI FUNERAL HOME, 1381 Smith St., North Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Mary Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston. Burial will follow at St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visitation Thursday, October 29th from 4-7pm.
