Caesar Valletta

Caesar Valletta, 95, of North Providence, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center. He was the beloved husband of the late Anna (Diano) Valletta. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Arduino and Concetta (Mastromattei) Valletta. Caesar was a salesman for ElDee Furniuture in Centerdale. He was a Veteran of WWII serving with the 8th Air Force in England and was a member and Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, St. Lawrence Council. He enjoyed nothing more than hosting family gatherings, traveling and gardening. He leaves three sisters, Jeanette Tortalano, Rosa Kazarian, Anna Mercurio and many nieces and nephews to whom he was deeply devoted. He was the beloved brother of the late John “Tut” Valletta, Alfred Valletta, Paul Valletta, Mary Romano and Carmella Caramante Cerce.
