Benedetto V. Iasimone

BENEDETTO V. IASIMONE, 83, of Johnston, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted husband of Anna (Giardino) Iasimone. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Luigi and Josephine (Buonanno) Iasimone.

Mr. Iasimone had worked as a plumber with Iasimone Plumbing & Heating before retiring. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Italo-American Club.

Besides his wife of 57 years, he leaves his beloved children, Cindy Iasimone, Louis Iasimone and his wife, Debbie and Raymond Iasimone and his wife, Michele; four cherished grandchildren and his brother, Ernest Iasimone. He was the brother of the late Vincent Iasimone.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 10 am in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Rd., Johnston. Inurnment with Military Honors will follow in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation respectfully omitted.
