Bartolomeo "Bill" Delle Fave

BARTOLOMEO “BILL” DELLE FAVE, 96, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 2, 2017. He was the husband of the late of Yolanda (Marcone) Delle Fave. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Michele and Antonia (Marcis) Delle Fave and the father of the late Linda Delle Fave.

Mr. Delle Fave was a letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service before retiring in 1985. He was an Army Air Corps Veteran of World War II having served with his three brothers. He held a pilots license for many years and enjoyed flying.

He is survived by his daughter, Maria A. Masse; a sister, Concetta Fagan; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was the brother of the late Michelina Paiva, Vittorio, Domenic, Leonard and Joseph Delle Fave.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 Fourth Street, North Providence. Entombment with Military Honors will be in Highland Memorial Park, Johnston. Visiting hours respectfully omitted.
