Antonetta A. (LaMarra) Thompson, 88, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, December 18, 2014. She was the beloved wife of John A. Thompson, Sr.
Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Angelina (Cerrone) LaMarra.
She is survived by her loving children, John Thompson Jr. and Ann Marie Florio; and a devoted sister, Amelia Iemma. She is also survived by her cherished and loving 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great- great-grandsons.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, December 26, 2014 at 10am in St. Pius V. Church, Eaton St., Providence. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. Burial will be private.
